Lunch was shepherd pie and dinner was irish tapas (fish, sausage, veggie rolls and french fries)and a really good irish band with a guy dancing the jig. They are in the picture above. They did a dueling bango bit but with drum and dance. The weather is mild here, I have worn my jacket both days.
We ran in to two people that ask us all about the cowboys and indians in Kansas. We played along, why kill the dream. When you sit down anywhere someone wants to visit or join your table if you have an extra chair(no, I'm not the one inviting this). It seems to be part of the culture. The people here are very nice and helpful. We must seem like we need quite a bit of this because they are always asking us if we need help or directions.
Most of you know that I came to Ireland to see the original Rooney homestead and check out the town where our 2great, 3great and 4 great grandfathers were born. I had this picture that our family was probably the only Rooney family in Ireland. When I saw the following 3 things in the picures below I realized that this is a pretty common Irish name.

I still have great hope anyway.
